A smooth and savoury spread beloved throughout the Levant and surrounding regions. Ours begins with freshly soaked chickpeas, tahini, oil, and garlic, which we blend together with other seasonings to make Shawarma Time's Hummus a quality one. Served with toasted flatbread.

Making a good one is difficult. Ours starts with pressed Greek yoghurt, cucumbers, and dill, combined with our own spice blend to make Shawarma Time's Tzatziki the real deal. Served with toasted flatbread.

Consisting of crisp layers of filo pastry, chopped pistachios, and sweetened with honey, the origin of this dessert is a difficult one to pinpoint. Although most associated today with Greco-Turkish cuisine, some scholars believe the earliest roots of what is now called Baklava originated in ancient Persia, whilst others say the Roman Empire. Wherever it started, it is now a beloved sweet treat to many and we hope it will be to you as well.
